Frosty Birks

Frosty Birks

Frosty the Snowman, was not a happy soul,
He really hated Chri-istmas, and wished misery on all.
For Frosty the Snowman, was brought to life one day.
He was made of snow, but the children know, what they did with all that hay.

They put a great big shovel full, in his old silk hat they found,
And when they placed it on his head, he began to dance around!
Oh Frosty the Snowman, was alive as he could be;
The hay dug in-to his poor head, (which was made of snow you see).

Poor Frosty the Snowman, was blinded by the pain,
The children fled as Frosty turned red, as his rage began to reign.
Down to the village, with a tree branch in his hand,
Running here and there all around the square, cursing all over the land.

He chased them down the streets of town, right to the traffic cop,
And they only paused a moment when they heard him holler “STOP!”
Then Frosty the Snowman, had to hurry on his way,
The cop had got his big club out, and was chasing him faraway.

Thumpety thump, thump, thumpety thump, thump,
Look at Frosty go.
Thumpety thump, thump, thumpety thump, thump,
over the hills of snow..

He was never seen again.
